About the Role

The Client Success Manager will partner with clients throughout the customer lifecycle, helping them maximize the value of their Symplicity and Orbis solutions, achieve their business goals, and continuously improve the way they use our technology.

You will act as a trusted advisor, product expert, and strategic partner to our clients. This includes understanding their business needs, facilitating discovery sessions, supporting implementations and onboarding, identifying opportunities for product adoption and expansion, and helping clients resolve challenges.

The role requires someone who can confidently work across different teams, communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and translate customer feedback and business requirements into actionable solutions for our Product, Development, Support, and Account Management teams.

Success in this role means our clients are engaged, confident, and using our solutions effectively and innovatively.

• Location: Hamilton, Ontario, Canada
• Work Model: Remote or Hybrid – employees may choose to work remotely or from our Hamilton office
• Travel: Occasional travel within Canada and the US for client meetings, training, conferences, and other business needs
