Full-time Clinic Director / Licensed Physical Therapist

Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy (Outpatient Ortho)

Location: Forest City, NC

Our current Clinic Director will be opening his own clinic next year and this is the reason for the opportunity!

Compensation

Compensation Range: $95,000 – $110,000 per year

Additional Compensation

This position is also eligible for: bonus, student loan repayment, relocation assistance.

Qualifications :

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program required .

Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice required .

Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.

Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required .

A passion for mentoring and developing others.

Strong communication , organization, and problem-solving skills .

A desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
