Clinical Applications Support Specialist

• This fully remote role provides frontline technical support for clinical and healthcare software used by healthcare professionals.
• You will work directly with clinicians, hospital IT teams, and clinical application users to investigate and resolve application issues.
• The role combines technical troubleshooting with a strong understanding of clinical workflows and patient-care environments.
• You’ll own customer cases from initial investigation through resolution, while coordinating escalations with specialized technical teams when needed.
• Your work will span application functionality, configuration, integrations, connectivity, and clinical data workflows.
• You’ll also contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, customer education, and collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams.
