Job Description

The Clinical Coordinator will assist the Director in organizing & supervising the personnel and resources in the Emergency Department. Will be required to demonstrate competency with an advanced level of clinical skills and the ability to assist others to achieve a high level of quality care skills. Will assist with planning for smooth, high quality emergency department operations & patient care. Assists in the training of personnel and the development of a high quality care team.

Additional Job Description

Education:

Graduate from an accredited nursing program required

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years Emergency Room experience as a RN

1-2 years supervisory experienced preferred

Licensure/ Certification:

• •Current RN license to work in South Carolina required
• •Current BLS required
• •Current ACLS Certification
• •Current PALS Certification or to be obtained within 6 months of hire date
