What You’ll Do

• •Run the day-to-day: align staffing, priorities, and resources so service never slips.
• •Lead a team that delivers: coach technicians, guide performance, and build accountability.
• •Turn insight into action: use KPIs and data to fix inefficiencies and improve operations.
• •Be the partner hospitals trust: solve problems, manage vendors, and ensure readiness for every inspection.

What You Need

• •3+ years working with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment (required)
• •Leadership or team guidance experience (preferred)
• •Associate degree or equivalent experience (required); technical/electronics focus preferred; bachelor’s a plus
• •Knowledge of regulatory agencies (TJC, CAP, DNV) and operational performance metrics
• •Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred
