Position Details:

Clinical Pharmacist - Hospital (Full-Time)

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a vital role in delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered pharmaceutical care in a hospital setting. This position collaborates closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications Required Education

Bachelor of Science (BS) in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.

Required Licensure

Current Pharmacist license in the state of practice.

Preferred Experience

Two or more years of clinical pharmacist experience.
Completion of a PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency preferred.

Preferred Certifications

Pharmacists practicing in Missouri must obtain a Medication Therapy Services Certificate issued by the Missouri Board of Pharmacy within 90 days of hire.
