Clinical Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical support and guidance to doctors, nurses, and hospital staff on product usage.

Conduct product demonstrations and in-service training at hospitals and healthcare facilities.

Identify new hospitals, accounts, and business opportunities in the assigned territory.

Support clinical evaluations, trials, product adoption, and conversion of new accounts.

Build strong relationships with surgeons, nursing staff, hospital management, and key decision-makers.

Support the sales team with clinical insights, product positioning, and customer requirements.

Handle customer queries, troubleshooting, and post-application support.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Maintain records of hospital visits, leads, demonstrations, trials, and customer interactions.

Achieve assigned clinical and business development targets by driving product adoption and sales growth.

Qualification and Skills:

Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM

Experience: 2–5 years of clinical experience (hospital/ICU/OT exposure preferred).

Strong understanding of clinical procedures and patient care.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple hospital accounts.

Experience in wound care, critical care, or surgical assistance
