Bei unserem Kunden verbindest du klassische Systemadministration mit moderner Cloud-Technologie und sorgst dafür, dass seine IT-Infrastruktur sicher, performant und zukunftsfähig bleibt.

Du übernimmst Verantwortung für den stabilen und sicheren Betrieb unserer IT-Landschaft und entwickelst sie kontinuierlich weiter:

  • Administration, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung unserer Cloud- und On-Premises-Infrastruktur
  • Planung, Implementierung und Optimierung von Microsoft Azure Services
  • Administration von Microsoft 365 , insbesondere Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint und Teams
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Windows Server- und Client-Systemen
  • Aufbau und Optimierung von Backup-, Recovery- und Disaster-Recovery-Konzepten
  • Monitoring, Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung von System- und Performanceproblemen
  • Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Security-, Berechtigungs- und Zugriffskonzepten
  • Automatisierung wiederkehrender Prozesse, z. B. mit PowerShell
  • Unterstützung bei Migrationen, Rollouts und IT-Infrastrukturprojekten
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen und Systemkonzepte
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen IT-Partnern

  • Das bringst Du mit:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich IT, Informatik, Systemintegration oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Systemadministration oder im IT-Infrastrukturumfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Technologien
  • Erfahrung mit Azure und/oder Microsoft 365
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Windows Server, Active Directory und Entra ID
  • Erfahrung mit Netzwerk-, Backup- und Security-Technologien
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in PowerShell und IT-Automatisierung
  • Analytisches Denken und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude an technischen Herausforderungen
  • Teamfähigkeit und eine ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse und idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse
