Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Volle Verantwortung für Entwicklung und Performance deines Studios
  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung deines Teams
  • Aktiver Vertrieb : Probetrainings führen und Abschlüsse erzielen
  • Mitgliederbindung & Aufbau eines starken Club-Alltags
  • Lokale Umsetzung von Marketing- und Vertriebsaktionen
  • Steuerung über klare Kennzahlen und Ziele
  • Sicherstellung eines hochwertigen Service- und Trainingserlebnisses
