Position Summary

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you will provide hands-on care and support to residents, helping ensure their comfort, dignity, and safety while working as part of a collaborative care team.

Key Responsibilities

• •Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• •Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• •Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• •Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
• •Follow individualized care plans
• •Provide compassionate, resident-centered care

Qualifications

• •Must be at least 18 years old
• •Active, unencumbered CNA certification in South Carolina (required)
• •Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
• •Strong communication and teamwork skills
• •Compassion for an underserved population
