✅ $24.00/hour DOE (Rate for full time employees)

✅ $1000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible full-time hires

CNA Responsibilities

• •Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
• •Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• •Support mobility, bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting needs
• •Monitor residents and report changes in condition
• •Measure and document vital signs
• •Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• •Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life
• •Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• •Follow all facility policies and state regulations

Qualifications

• •Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate required
• •Strong communication and teamwork skills
• •Compassionate and dependable work ethic
• •Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, post-acute, or long-term care experience preferred
• •New graduates welcome to apply
