All Saints Sub Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team on a Full-Time AM shift .

Position Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct care and support to residents while promoting their comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well-being . The CNA works closely with licensed nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure residents receive quality, resident-centered care in accordance with individualized care plans and facility standards.

Essential Responsibilities

• •Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• •Assist residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• •Take and document vital signs and promptly report changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse.
• •Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• •Assist with meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
• •Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• •Provide respectful care while maintaining resident dignity, privacy, and independence.
• •Accurately document care provided in accordance with facility policies.
• •Follow infection control, safety, and resident rights policies and procedures.
• •Communicate effectively with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the care team.
• •Perform other duties as assigned by nursing leadership.

Qualifications

• •Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
• •Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• •Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to resident care.
• •Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• •Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• •Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care.
