What You'll Do

As a CNA at Sunrise Post Acute, you will play a vital role in helping our residents maintain dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• •Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• •Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• •Support residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• •Take and document vital signs
• •Observe and report changes in resident conditions
• •Assist with meal service and hydration
• •Provide compassionate emotional support to residents and families
• •Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary care teams
• •Maintain accurate documentation and resident records

Qualifications

• •Current California CNA Certification
• •Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
• •Strong communication and teamwork skills
• •Dependable attendance and positive attitude
• •Skilled Nursing or Post-Acute experience preferred, but not required
• •New CNAs are encouraged to apply
