• 🌙 PM SHIFT- 2:30pm to 11:00pm
• 💰 Starting at $21/hour (Depending on Experience)

Position Summary

As a CNA at The Pines, you will provide routine daily nursing care and support services to residents in accordance with individualized care plans. You’ll play a vital role in promoting resident comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well-being while working closely with nurses and interdisciplinary staff.

Key Responsibilities

• •Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
• •Measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and resident observations
• •Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights
• •Maintain accurate, timely documentation per facility policies
• •Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• •Support admissions, transfers, and discharges
• •Maintain a clean, safe, and calm resident environment
• •Uphold resident rights, privacy, and confidentiality at all times
• •Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications

• •Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of California
• •CPR preferred
• •Strong communication and teamwork skills
• •Compassionate, dependable, and motivated attitude
• •Ability to follow care plans, policies, and procedures
