CNC-Abkanter (m/w/d)

  • Arbeitszeit: 40 Stunden pro Woche
  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Selbstständiges Einrichten, Rüsten und Bedienen von CNC-gesteuerten Abkantpressen (TRUMPF / AMADA)
  • Biegen und Umformen von Blechteilen nach Zeichnung und Arbeitsplan
  • Kontrolle der gefertigten Teile hinsichtlich Maßhaltigkeit und Qualität
  • Optimierung der Biegeprozesse und Unterstützung bei der Programmierung
  • Wartung und Pflege der Maschinen sowie Überwachung des Materialflusses
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Metallbereich
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im CNC-Biegen, idealerweise mit TRUMPF- und AMADA-Abkantpressen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Messmitteln
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (2-Schicht)
