  • einen CNC-Abkanter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Aufgaben:

  • Rüsten und Bedienen von CNC-gesteuerten Schwenkbiegemaschinen und
  • Abkantpressen
  • Selbstständiges Erstellen von CNC-Kantprogrammen
  • Durchführen von Maßkontrolle nach Zeichnungs­vorgabe im und nach
  • dem Abkantprozess
  • Umsetzung und Einhaltung der Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Pflege der Abkantmaschinen

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Metall­bereich
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Abkanten, Schwerpunkt Schwenkbiegen
  • CNC-Programme selbstständig schreiben
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Lesen von techni­schen Zeichnungen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Nachweis über einen Presseeinrichter-Schein wäre von Vorteil
