### Für ein modernes Unternehmen aus der Metallbearbeitung und Metallverarbeitung in Schwabach suchen wir einen CNC-Abkanter m/w/d. Dich erwartet ein technisches Arbeitsumfeld mit abwechslungsreichen Blechbauteilen, modernen Maschinen und klaren Fertigungsprozessen. Die Position bietet eine langfristige Perspektive mit Möglichkeit zur festen Anstellung im Unternehmen.

Unser Angebot:

  • Vergütung von 17,00 bis 22,00 Euro pro Stunde, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung
  • Langfristige Position in einem modernen metallverarbeitenden Arbeitsumfeld
  • 2-Schicht-Modell mit Früh- und Spätschicht (Arbeitszeiten von 06:00 bis 14:30 Uhr und 14:00 bis 22:30 Uhr)
  • Abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeiten an CNC-Abkantpressen
  • Gründliche Einarbeitung in Maschinen, Abläufe und Fertigungsunterlagen

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Abkanten einfacher bis komplexer Blechteile nach Vorgabe
  • Selbstständiges Einrichten, Rüsten und Bedienen von CNC-Abkantpressen
  • Bearbeitung von Fertigungsaufträgen nach technischen Zeichnungen
  • Präventive Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an den Anlagen
  • Schriftliche Dokumentation der Fertigungsunterlagen
  • Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Bauteile im laufenden Arbeitsprozess

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem Metallberuf (Industriemechaniker, Zerspanungsmechaniker, Feinwerkmechaniker, etc.)
  • Kenntnisse im Lesen technischer Zeichnungen
  • Berufserfahrung in der Metallverarbeitung von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Abkanten oder im Umgang mit CNC-gesteuerten Maschinen wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schicht-Modell
