Willenbrock Fahrzeugbau und unsere BOX manufaktur in Sottrum bauen individuelle Aufbauten, Boxen für Expeditionsmobile und Caravan-Komponenten. Für unsere CNC-Großanlage mit 10,5 x 3 m Bearbeitungsfläche suchen wir Verstärkung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellen von CNC-Programmen mit Autodesk Fusion 360 (CAM)
  • Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen unserer CNC-Großanlage
  • Zuschnitt und Bearbeitung von Kunststoff, Holz sowie GFK- und Alu-Sandwichplatten
  • Optimierung von Plattenbelegung und Fräsprozessen
  • Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Teile
  • Wartung und Pflege der Anlage

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Metall-, Holz- oder Kunststoffbereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der CNC-Bearbeitung, idealerweise mit Portalfräsen
  • Kenntnisse in Autodesk Fusion 360 oder einer vergleichbaren CAD/CAM-Software – oder die Bereitschaft, sich einzuarbeiten
  • Sorgfältige, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und technisches Verständnis
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
