CNC-Brenner (m/w/d)

  • Standort: Düsseldorf
  • Anstellungsart(en): 3 - Schicht, Vollzeit
  • Zweck und Ziel der Stelle
  • Für unseren namhaften Kunden aus der Maschinen- und Anlagenbau-Branche suchen wir einen erfahrenen CNC-Brenner (m/w/d) für den Standort 40597 Düsseldorf.
  • Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung
  • Prüfen von Schachtelplänen und gestrahltem Rohmaterial auf Vollständigkeit
  • Blechtafel mit Hallenkran auflegen
  • Parallelität der Blechkante zur Laufschiene messen
  • Außenkanten des Bleches in X- und Y-Achse abfahren und bei Bedarf Lage korrigieren
  • Brennerposition einstellen (Anzahl und Position gemäß Schachtelplan)
  • Brenndüsen auswählen und Brennparameter einstellen
  • Notwendige Korrekturen durchführen
  • Maschinen und Arbeitsmittel instand halten und reinigen
  • Fachliche Anforderungen
  • Erfahrung mit CNC-gesteuerten Plasma-Brennschneidemaschinen
  • Erfahrung mit den Steuerungen Global Control Plus (Messer Cutting) oder iMSNC (MicroStep)
  • Grundkenntnisse in Deutsch
  • Kranführerschein
