  • Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist die Herstellung von Präzisionsteilen aus Kunststoff und verwandten Materialien mit Qualitäts- und Leistungsparametern, die nur wenige Anbieter realisieren können.
  • Dabei kommen zwei Schwerpunkttechnologien zum Einsatz: Extrusionstechnik zur Produktion von Profilen mit hohen Qualitätsanforderungen und CNC-Technik mit 5-Achsen-Technologie zur Herstellung von zeichnungsgebundenen technischen Teilen mit hohen Toleranz- und Qualitätsanforderungen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen

CNC-Dreher

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Qualitätsbewusstes und zielstrebiges Abarbeiten von Fertigungsaufträgen
  • Einzel- und Kleinserienfertigung an Maschinen DIN ISO Steuerung oder Heidenhain iTNC530 - Frästechnik -
  • Einzel- und Kleinserienfertigung an Maschinen mit der Steuerung MANUALplus von Heidenhain oder Siemens 828D - Drehtechnik -
  • Einrichten von Kleinserien
  • Qualitätsüberwachung
  • Überwachung des Produktionsprozesses
  • Optimierung vorhandener Programme
  • Durchführung einfacher Wartungsarbeiten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker, Industriemechaniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung bei der Fertigung von technischen Kunststoffteilen nach Zeichnung
  • Ergebnisorientierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Schicht-Arbeit
