Zuständigkeiten / Hauptaufgaben

  • Rüsten und Bedienen von CNC gesteuerten Bearbeitungsmaschinen;
  • Eigenständiges Rüsten der Anlage nach Plan;
  • Überwachung des Maschinenablaufs, Behebung von Ablaufstörungen sowie selbstständige Durchführung eines Werkzeugwechsels und bei Bedarf einer Maßkorrektur;
  • Prüfung der gefertigten Bauteile erfolgt durch eine Werkerselbstprüfung;

Qualifikationen / Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem metallverarbeitenden Beruf bsp. Maschienen und Anlagenführer;Zerspannungsmechaniker, Industiemechaniker
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Zerspanung;
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit;
  • Schichtarbeit (3-Schicht) bei Bedarf Wochenendarbeit;
  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift;
