Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

· Eigenverantwortliche Fertigung: Selbstständiges Einrichten, Programmieren und Bedienen von CNC-Drehmaschinen .

· Präzisionsarbeit: Herstellung von Einzelteilen und Kleinserien nach technischen Zeichnungen mit hoher Qualitätssicherung .

· Prozessoptimierung: Auswahl der Werkzeuge, Optimierung von Schnittdaten und Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen .

· Maschinenpflege: Wartung und Pflege der Maschinen sowie kleinere Störungsbehebungen .

Ihr Profil

· Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker, Dreher oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation .

· Erfahrung: Berufserfahrung im CNC-Drehen, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen in der Heidenhain-Steuerung .

· Arbeitsweise: Selbstständige, strukturierte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise .

· Skills: Sicheres Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen und Umgang mit Messmitteln .

· Vergütung: Leistungsgerechte Bezahlung, oft mit Zuschlägen, 13 Monatsgehalt .

· Arbeitsumfeld: Moderne Maschinen, unbefristete Verträge, flache Hierarchien und ein gutes Teamklima .

  • Arbeitszeit von Montag bis Donnerstags 06:30 - 15:00 Freitags von 06:00 - 13:00
  • von 12:00 - 12:30 Mittagspause
