Aufgaben

  • Bedienung und Rüstung von CNC-gesteuerten und konventionellen Zerspanungsmaschinen
  • Einstellung von Parametern und Messgeräten
  • Optimierung von Abläufen und Werkstattsequenzen
  • Prüfung von Teilen auf Maßhaltigkeit, Beschaffenheit und Vollständigkeit
  • Überwachung des Anlagenlaufs
  • Behebung und Korrektur von Ablaufstörungen

Stellenanforderungen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene dreijährige Berufsausbildung als Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder ähnliche Qualifikation
  • CNC-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Handwerkliches Geschick im Umgang mit filigranen Bauteilen und Messmitteln
  • Sorgfältige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den MS-Office Programmen

  • Das Werk in Friedrichshafen ist mit rund 400 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern das Getriebe-Kompetenzzentrum von einem Namhaften Industrieunternehmen der Sparte Aerospace und Verkehrstechnik. Hier werden Getriebekomponenten in hochpräziser Fertigung hergestellt.
