Deine Aufgaben:

  • Fertigen von einfachen, sowie komplexen Einzelteilen, Prototypen und Kleinserien
  • nach Zeichnung, Muster bzw. 3D-Daten
  • Programmieren, Einrichten (Umrüsten) und Bedienen von hochwertigen
  • Mazak CNC- Dreh & Fräsmaschinen
  • Ändern und Programmieren von Bauteilen an der Maschine oder am CAD/CAM-System
  • Erstes Finish der Werkstücke sowie eigenständige Qualitätsprüfung

Dein Profil:

  • Zerspanungs-, Feinwerk-, Industriemechaniker, Werkzeugmacher, CNC-Fachkraft, Modellbauer
  • oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Dreh- und Fräserfahrung – Aber gern auch Quereinsteiger
  • Erfahrung im Zerspanen von Aluminium und verschiedensten Kunststoffen
  • Deutsch Kenntnisse
  • Hohes Qualitäts - und Verantwortungsbewusstsein, selbständiges und vorausschauendes
  • Arbeiten sowie Flexibilität sind die Grundlagen der Arbeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im 2- und gelegentlich 3-Schichtsystem
