### Sie bringen mit

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als CNC-Fachkraft / Zerspanungsmechaniker/in Fachrichtung Drehen / Industrie- oder Werkzeugmechaniker/in (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • Sichere Programmierkenntnisse, idealerweise Siemens 840D SL, Shop Turn, Fanuc
  • Erfahrung im Einrichten, Programmieren und Bedienen von CNC-Drehmaschinen mit angetriebenen Werkzeugen
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Früh- und Spätschicht)
  • Analytische und bereichsübergreifende Denkweise, Ausdauer und Belastbarkeit

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Programmieren, Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-Drehmaschinen
  • Auswahl geeigneter Bearbeitungsparameter, Werkzeuge und Spannmittel
  • Einfahren und Optimieren der erstellten CNC-Programme
  • Herstellen von komplexen Einzel- und Serienteilen aus unterschiedlichen Werkstoffen (u. a. hochlegierter Werkzeugstahl, NE-Metalle, Kunststoffe) mittels Dreh- und Fräsbearbeitung nach Vorgabe aus technischen Zeichnungen
  • Überwachung der Bearbeitung und der Maschinenfunktionen
  • Qualitätskontrolle der bearbeiteten Werkstücke, Auswahl der geeigneten Messmittel und -methoden
  • Instandhaltung, Wartung, Pflege und kleinere Reparaturen an der Maschine
