Ihre Aufgaben

  • maschinelle Bearbeitung der Bauteile im Durchmesser von 400 mm bis 4000 mm nach Zeichnung und Vorgabe
  • Drehen auf Horizontal- und Karusselldrehmaschinen mit Siemens Steuerung
  • Fräsen auf Bearbeitungszentren und Bohrwerke mit Heidenhain und Siemens Steuerung
  • Messen und Prüfen der gefertigten
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Qualitätskontrolle

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als CNC-Dreher/ Zerspanungsmechaniker / Karusselldreher /Fräser
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Bedienung von CNC-Maschinen
  • Erweiterte Kenntnisse wünschenswert: CNC-, NC-Programm Sinumerik (Siemens), Drehen, CNC-, NC-Programm Heidenhain, Karusselldrehen
