ür ein familiengeführtes Industrieunternehmen aus der Region Veitsbronn suchen wir einen CNC-Dreher mit Programmierkenntnissen.

Unser Kunde bietet spezialisierte Dienstleistungen im Drehen, Fräsen, Bohren und Erodieren an und fertigt hochwertige Bauteile für industrielle Anwendungen aus den unterschiedlichsten Branchen.

Unser Angebot:

Deine Aufgabe:

  • Rüsten, Einstellen und Bedienen von CNC-gesteuerten Drehmaschinen (Karussell- und Kopfdrehbänke) zur Herstellung von Einzelteilen und Kleinserien
  • Erstellen der CNC-Programme mittels Maschinensteuerung nach technischer Zeichnung
  • Durchführen von Qualitätsprüfungen an den gefertigten Bauteilen im Rahmen der Werkerselbstkontrolle
  • Protokollieren der Messergebnisse sowie Dokumentation von Stückzahl, Ausschuss, etc.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene tätigkeitsbezogene Ausbildung (Feinwerkmechaniker, Zerspanungsmechaniker, etc.)
  • Erfahrung im Erstellen der CNC-Bearbeitungsprogramme mittels Maschinenprogrammierung (Sinumerik 840D wünschenswert)
  • 2-Schichtbereitschaft (Früh- und Spätschicht) mit gelegentlicher Nachtschichtbereitschaft
