Du bist Profi an CNC-Dreh-Fräsmaschinen und suchst eine neue Herausforderung im 3-Schicht-System? Dann werde Teil eines erfahrenen Teams in der Region Wilhelmshaven und bring Deine Expertise in der Fertigung komplexer Bauteile ein. Wir bieten Dir eine langfristige Perspektive in der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung mit attraktiven Konditionen und persönlicher Betreuung.

Aufgabenbereich:

\- Eigenständiges Einfahren und Optimieren neuer Dreh-Frästeile auf modernen CNC-Dreh-Fräsmaschinen

\- Serienreifmachung von Bauteilen mit Fokus auf Qualität, Prozesssicherheit und Effizienz

\- Selbstverantwortliches Einrichten und Rüsten von CNC-Drehmaschinen inklusive Werkzeugauswahl und -voreinstellung

\- Erstellung, Anpassung und Optimierung von CNC-Programmen direkt an der Maschine oder über CAM-Systeme

\- Analyse und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Fertigungsprozesse

#### VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:

\- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Drehtechnik

\- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der CNC-Drehbearbeitung

\- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Programmierung und Bearbeitung komplexer Werkstücke

\- Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Messmitteln

\- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System
