Sie sind Zerspanungsmechaniker mit Leidenschaft für Präzision und moderner CNC-Technik? Dann werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und bringen Sie Ihr Können in abwechslungsreiche und anspruchsvolle Fertigungsprojekte ein.

### Aufgaben

  • Selbstständiges Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen von CNC-Drehmaschinen
  • Bearbeitung von Edelstählen und komplexen Einzelteilen nach technischen Zeichnungen
  • Programmieren und Optimieren von CNC-Programmen (z. B. Siemens 840D, Okuma oder Heidenhain)
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen sowie Arbeiten mit gängigen Mess- und Prüfmitteln
  • Erkennen und Umsetzen von Prozess- und Fertigungsoptimierungen

### Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker/in Drehtechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Drehbearbeitung von Edelstählen, komplexen Einzelteilen sowie Kenntnisse in der CNC-Programmierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Messmitteln, technischen Zeichnungen und hohen Qualitätsstandards
  • Eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, Optimierungspotenziale zu erkennen und umzusetzen
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit, Interesse an Weiterbildung sowie Teamgeist und Freude an abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben
