  • Einrichten, Rüsten und Bedienen von CNC-gesteuerten Maschinen gehören zum täglichen Aufgabenbereich.
  • Dazu zählen auch das Vorrüsten und präzise Vermessen der Werkzeuge für den Fertigungsprozess.
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Team optimieren und entwickeln Sie bestehende Fertigungsprozesse wie Drehen, Rundschleifen oder Honen weiter.
  • Bei der Inbetriebnahme neuer Bearbeitungszentren und Maschinen sind Sie aktiv eingebunden.
  • Sie erstellen praxisnahe Arbeits- und Produktionsanweisungen und arbeiten Kolleginnen und Kollegen an bzw. arbeiten diese ein.
  • Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare gewerblich-technische Ausbildung.
  • Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung im Bereich Drehen; Kenntnisse im Schleifen und Honen sind von Vorteil.
  • Selbstständiges, gewissenhaftes und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten zeichnet Sie aus.
  • Schichtbereitschaft (aktuell Früh- und Spätschicht) sowie zeitliche Flexibilität
  • Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft gehören für Sie zum Arbeitsalltag.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
