Wir suchen zum nächst möglichen Termin zur tatkräftigen Unterstützung unseres Teams eine/einen CNC - Dreher (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fertigung von teilweise hochkomplexen Bauteilen in Kleinserien oder als Einzelteile
  • Einrichten, Rüsten und Bedienen von CNC-Drehmaschinen
  • Programmierung direkt an der Maschine - CLX450 TC; CLX350; CTX 310 eco; CTX alpha 300
  • Selbstständiges Programmieren von CNC-Drehmaschinen mit CAM-Software - ESPRIT
  • Überwachung der Fertigungsqualität mittels Messmitteln
  • Durchführung kleiner Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten

Sie bringen folgendes mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker, CNC-Dreher oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Metallverarbeitung, CNC-Maschinenprogrammierung und CAM-Programmierung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der CAM-Programmierung mit ESPRIT sind wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung in der Maschinenprogrammierung direkt an der Steuerung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Messmitteln
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit setzen wir voraus
