Deine Aufgaben:

  • Anfertigung von Einzelteilen und Kleinserien für den Formenbau
  • Eigenständiges Programmieren einer CNC-Drehmaschine
  • Arbeiten mit einer modernen Drehsteuerung
  • Herstellung präziser Drehteile für den Bau und die Instandhaltung von Spritzgusswerkzeugen
  • Mitarbeit bei vielseitigen Aufgaben rund um den Werkzeugbau
  • Einhaltung von Maßgenauigkeit und Qualität gemäß technischen Zeichnungen und Fertigungsvorgaben

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker mit Schwerpunkt Drehtechnik, als Werkzeugmechaniker oder in einem vergleichbaren Beruf
  • Mehrjährige Praxis im CNC-Drehen sowie im Umgang mit konventionellen und zyklengesteuerten Drehmaschinen
  • Sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse für konventionelle und zyklengesteuerte CNC-Drehmaschinen
  • Solide Erfahrung im konventionellen und teilautomatisierten Drehen
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
