## Wir suchen einen CNC-Dreher (m/w/d) in unserer Zeltwanger Maschinenbau GmbH.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Herstellung von Einzelteilen, Prototypen und Kleinserien im Hochpräzisionsbereich an DMG MORI Drehmaschinen mit Siemens 840D-Steuerung, ausgestattet mit C-/Y-Achse
  • Bearbeitung von Aufträgen nach Vorgabe aus Fertigungsunterlagen (Fertigungsaufträge, CNC-Programme, Zeichnungen, etc.)
  • Selbstständiges Programmieren von Neu-Teilen
  • Vorbereitung von Werkzeugen, Spann- und Messmitteln
  • Durchführung von Zwischenkontrollen, ggf. Anpassung der CNC-Programme und Dokumentation der Programmänderungen
  • Überwachung des Fertigungsprozesses sowie Sicherung und Dokumentation der Qualität
  • die Tätigkeit findet im 3-Schicht-Betrieb statt

Dein Profil:

  • Erfahrung in der Fertigung von Einzelteilen, Prototypen und Kleinserien ist von Vorteil
  • gute Programmierkenntnisse von DMG MORI Drehmaschinen mit Siemens 840D-Steuerung, ausgestattet mit C-/Y-Achse
  • Erfahrung mit Zyklendrehmaschinen mit Weiler- Steuerung von Vorteil
  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen Bereich, z. B. Industriemechaniker (m/w/d)
  • hohes Verständnis im Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen
  • ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, um während der Bearbeitung effizient und präzise auf auftretende Herausforderungen zu reagieren
  • hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, da die Genauigkeit und Qualität der bearbeiteten Teile in Ihren Händen liegt
