Die Firma P-P-D ist ein Dienstleister, der sich ausschließlich auf Übernahmepositionen bei Kundenunternehmen in der Industrie spezialisiert hat.

Für einen Kunden in Düren ( direkt an der Autobahn) suchen wir ab sofort einen CNC Dreher / Schleifer  (m/w/d), ein Vorstellungstermin ist sofort möglich.

Die Bezahlung orientiert sich am Chemietarifvertrag , nennen Sie uns Ihren Wunsch, wir versuchen es umzusetzen.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Präzisionsschleifen Selbstständiges Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen von CNC-Schleifmaschinen.
  • Qualitätsprüfung, Eigenverantwortliche Maß- und Sichtkontrolle der bearbeiteten Teile, Anwendung von Messmitteln und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse in Prüfprotokollen
  • Rüsten und Justieren der Maschinen inkl. Korrektur der Programme (je nach Kenntnisstand).
  • Pflege und Wartung der Schleifmittel und Maschinen im täglichen Betrieb
  • Meldung von Störungen und Mitarbeit bei der Instandhaltung
  • Lesen und Verstehen von technischen Zeichnungen und Bearbeitungsplänen  

Eine Übernahme durch den Kunden ist geplant.

Gearbeitet wird in 2 Schichten oder nur in Frühschicht.
