- CNC-Karusselldrehen: Du bearbeitest große und schwere Bauteile an CNC-Karusselldrehmaschinen.
- Einrichten und Rüsten: Du bereitest Maschinen, Werkzeuge und Werkstücke für die Bearbeitung vor.
- Fertigung nach Zeichnung: Du richtest die Maschinen ein, fährst Bearbeitungsabläufe ein und fertigst Bauteile nach technischen Zeichnungen.
- Qualitätskontrolle: Du überprüfst deine Arbeitsergebnisse eigenständig und stellst die Einhaltung der Qualitätsanforderungen sicher.
- Prozessoptimierung: Du erkennst Verbesserungspotenziale und bringst deine Ideen direkt in die Fertigung ein.
- Teamarbeit: Du unterstützt einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf im 2- bis 3-Schicht-System.
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Drehtechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im CNC-Karusselldrehen beziehungsweise im Umgang mit CNC-Karusselldrehmaschinen
- Sicheres Lesen und Umsetzen technischer Zeichnungen
- Erfahrung im selbstständigen Einrichten und Rüsten von CNC-Drehmaschinen
- Präzise und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, insbesondere bei großen Bauteilen
- Technisches Verständnis, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2- bis 3-Schicht-System
Auch interessant für dich, wenn du als CNC-Dreher, Karusselldreher, Zerspanungsmechaniker Drehtechnik oder CNC-Fachkraft (m/w/d) tätig bist und bereits Erfahrung an Karusselldrehmaschinen gesammelt hast.
