## CNC-Drehmaschineneinrichter (m/w/d) Star-Langdrehmaschinen

Wir suchen zur Erweiterung unserer Dreherei einen erfahrenen Maschineneinrichter (m/w/d) für das Einrichten von hochpräzisen CNC-Drehmaschinen am Standort in Villingen-Schwenningen, Albertistraße 2.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Eigenverantwortliches Bedienen von modernen CNC-Langdrehmaschinen (Star SV und SR) für die Serienfertigung anspruchsvoller Drehteile im 3-Schicht-Betrieb
  • Mehrmaschinen-Betreuung
  • Prüfen und Messen der Teile nach Prüfplan, SPC und Zeichnung
  • Richtige Kennzeichnung und Dokumentation
  • Meldung von Störungen
  • Unterstützung des Einrichters beim Umrüsten
  • Werkzeuge wechseln
  • Überwachen der Produktion
  • Wartung von Maschinen

Voraussetzungen:

  • Ausbildung zum Maschinen- und Anlagenführer o.ä.
  • Erfahrungen in der Serienfertigung von CNC-Drehteilen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Messmitteln
  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (mind. B1)
