  • In unserem Unternehmen ist eine Stelle als CNC-Einrichter zu besetzen.
  • Der Einsatz ist ab sofort möglich in 3 Schichten.

Anforderungen:

  • selbständiges und eigenverantwortliches Einrichten von CNC-Drehmaschinen (Kurzdreher, 1 Spindel, 1 Schlitten mit VDI Aufnahmen)
  • Einzelprogrammierung der jeweiligen Maschine unter Anwendung der Steuerungen Siemens und Fanuc, Optimieren von Programmen
  • Werkzeuge und Vorrichtungen auswählen und nach Bedarf wechseln
  • Sie rüsten die Maschine ein und überwachen die Qualität der gefertigten Teile
  • eigenständige Durchführung von Maßkorrekturen und Programmänderungen
  • Einstellungsvoraussetzungen:
  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker/in und Berufserfahrung im Werkzeug- und Formenbau, gern auch zusätzlich Ausbildung als Werkzeugmacher/in
  • gute Fähigkeiten im Nachschleifen von Werkzeugen (Bohrer, Formstähle)
  • gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CNC-Maschinen
  • Zeichnungssicherheit
  • Sie sind präzises und sorgfältiges Arbeiten gewohnt
  • gute PC Kenntnisse
  • mindestens Realschulabschluss

Um zum Arbeitgeber zu gelangen, benötigen Sie ein Fahrzeug und einen Führerschein, da keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel vorhanden sind.
