Auf Basis von über 100 Jahren Erfahrung in der Kunststoffverarbeitung produzieren wir als smarte Experten in Kunststoff und spezialisierter Nischenhersteller hochwertige Interieur- und Exterieur-Komponenten in kleinen bis mittleren Stückzahlen für die Bereiche Automobil, Nutzfahrzeuge, Omnibusse, Reisemobile sowie Bau- und Agrarmaschinen. Für unser wachsendes Unternehmen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Sie als:

CNC-Einrichter (m/w/d)

in Vollzeit mit unbefristeter Festanstellung

in 88085 Langenargen

Berufsanfänger und Quereinsteiger sind für uns die Talente von heute und unsere smarten Experten in Kunststoff von morgen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Rüsten und Einfahren von 5-Achs-CNC-Maschinen
  • Erststückprüfung und Produktionsfreigabe
  • Überwachung von Qualität, Terminen und Stückzahlen
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Prozessoptimierung
  • Schulung und Unterstützung der Maschinenbediener

Dein Profil:

  • Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker, Verfahrensmechaniker oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung mit 5-Achs-CNC und Steuerung Siemens 840D
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Messmitteln und Qualitätsanforderungen
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (2-Schicht)
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
