Wir sind die Staiger Präzisionstechnik GmbH – ein familiengeführtes, mittelständisches Unternehmen mit Leidenschaft für hochwertige Präzisionsdrehteile. Mit modernster CNC-Technik und einem engagierten Team fertigen wir Bauteile für Kunden in ganz Europa.

Damit wir weiter wachsen können, suchen wir Dich als CNC-Einrichter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

## Das erwartet Dich

  • Du rüstest und richtest unsere CNC-Drehmaschinen selbstständig ein.
  • Du bearbeitest anspruchsvolle Werkstücke auf modernen, mehrachsigen CNC-Maschinen.
  • Du programmierst und bedienst unsere Maschinen mit FANUC- und SIEMENS-Steuerungen .
  • Du optimierst bestehende Programme, Werkzeuge und Prüfpläne.
  • Du kontrollierst Messergebnisse und sorgst dafür, dass unsere hohe Qualität jederzeit gewährleistet ist.
  • Mit Deinem Know-how trägst Du aktiv dazu bei, unsere Fertigungsprozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

## Das bringst Du mit

  • Erfahrung im Einrichten und Programmieren von CNC-Drehmaschinen.
  • Idealerweise eine Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation.
  • Eine selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise.
  • Technisches Verständnis und Freude an präziser Arbeit.
  • Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und Motivation.
