CNC-Einrichter / Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d)

Die Axel Gentner GmbH ist ein führender Anbieter von komplexen Präzisions-, Dreh- und Frästeilen für die Medizintechnik und den Maschinenbau mit über 60 Mitarbeitern. Für unsere Produktion in Tuttlingen-Möhringen suchen wir Sie, um die Zukunft gemeinsam erfolgreich zu gestalten.

IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Programmieren, Rüsten und Einrichten von Kurz-, Langdrehmaschinen mit Steuerung Fanuc, Mazatrol oder Mitsubishi
  • Überwachung und Dokumentation unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards
  • Anpassung von Arbeitsabläufen
  • Stückzeitoptimierung und Werkzeuganpassung in Bezug auf Menge, Kosten und Qualität

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker mit Fachrichtung Drehtechnik, Industriemechaniker oder
  • Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d)
  • Alternativ: vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Erfahrung im Metallbereich
  • Erfahrung im Einrichten von CNC-Maschinen (Star Micronics, Citizen Cincom, Nakamura-Tome, Mazak, Traub)
  • Hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein, Eigenmotivation und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Freude an der Arbeit
