Für unseren renommierten Kunden in Biberach suchen wir Mitarbeiter (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Rüsten und Einrichten von CNC Drehmaschinen des Herstellers OKUMA nach Arbeits- und Einstellplänen.
  • Vorbereiten und Bereitstellen von Werkstücken, Materialen und Werkzeugen sowie Durchführen von Werkzeugwechseln und Werkzeugvermessung.
  • Einstellen von Maschinenparametern, Schnittwerten und Werkzeugen nach Zeichnungen, Tabellen und Einstellplänen
  • Werkstücke fachgerecht einspannen und ausrichten sowie Maschinenabläufe überwachen.
  • Durchführen von Probearbeitungen und Korrigieren von Einstelldaten, Werkzeugkorrekturen und Einspannungen bei Abweichungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) Fachrichtung Drehtechnik, oder Industriemechaniker /m/w/d)zwingend erforderlich.
  • Erfahrung im Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-Drehmaschinen, idealerweise OKUMA
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen, Einstellplänen und Messmitteln
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten
  • Kranschein wünschenswert
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
