Dein Daily Business

  • Du programmierst und bedienst CNC-Drehmaschinen.
  • Du erstellst Teileprogramme und optimierst Prozesse via 3D-Simulation.
  • Du wählst die passenden Werkzeuge aus und legst die Produktionsprozesse fest.
  • Du führst und motivierst das Team im Zweischichtbetrieb.
  • Du überwachst die Qualitätsziele und bist der Go-to-Partner bei technischen Störungen.

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung im Maschinenbau, der Fertigungstechnik oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation.
  • Fundierte CNC-Erfahrung, idealerweise mit INDEX-Maschinen (Siemens- oder Fanuc-Steuerung).
  • Sicherer Umgang mit 3D-Simulationen und Programmierzyklen für maximalen Speed.
  • Präzise Arbeitsweise, Teamplayer-Mentalität und Bock auf Verantwortung.
