Basierend auf mehr als 40 Jahren Erfahrung ist die adeor medical AG auf Medizinprodukte im Bereich Neurochirurgie spezialisiert. Wir entwickeln unsere Geräte, Instrumente und Implantate in enger Zusammenarbeit mit führenden Neurochirurgen. Unsere Produkte werden in Deutschland entwickelt und produziert. Von unserem Unternehmenssitz in Valley beliefern wir Krankenhäuser in mehr als 120 Ländern.

CNC-Fachkraft (m/w/d) Medizintechnik

Bei uns entstehen Präzisionsteile für Medizinprodukte, die weltweit in der Neurochirurgie eingesetzt werden. Die Position ist mit einer Arbeitszeit von 35–40 Stunden pro Woche zu besetzen, ohne Schichtarbeit. Gerne gehen wir bei den konkreten Arbeitszeiten auch auf Deine Bedürfnisse ein.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Programmierung und Einrichtung von CNC-Langdrehautomaten, teilweise über CAD/CAM
  • Produktion und Teileabnahme nach Vorgabe
  • Inbetriebnahme und Qualifizierung neuer Fertigungssysteme
  • Laufende Qualitätskontrolle und Dokumentation
  • Teilereinigung und firmeninterne Logistik
  • Mitarbeit in Entwicklungsprojekten

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Programmierung und Einrichtung von CNC-Zerspanungssystemen, idealerweise Langdrehautomaten
  • Kenntnisse in Mitsubishi Steuerungen von Vorteil
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Grundkenntnisse in MS Office (Excel und Word)
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Grundlegende Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
