  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Selbständiges Durchführen von Rüstarbeiten und Einstelltätigkeiten an den modernen CNC-Maschinen für hochwertige Motorteile (z.B. Pleuelstangen, Zylinderköpfe, Kurbelwellen, etc.)
  • Aktive Überwachung des Fertigungsprozesses
  • Erkennen und Beheben von Fehlern, sowie die ständige Qualitätskontrolle gehören dazu
  • Mitarbeit in der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Prozessabläufe
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene technische Lehrausbildung in einem handwerklichen Beruf, gerne auch Quereinsteiger (zB Tischler, Installateur, Schlosser, Elektriker)
  • Ideal wäre eine Ausbildung als CNC-Facharbeiter:in oder mehrjährige berufliche Erfahrung
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Bedienung von CNC Maschinen von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (3-Schichtbetrieb), Mehrarbeit sowie Flexibilität im Team
  • Freude an der Arbeit im Team und an der Kommunikation mit anderen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Ihre Perspektive:

Für diese Position gilt ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestentgelt der Metallindustrie. Das tatsächliche Einkommen ist abhängig von der beruflichen Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
