Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbstständiges Programmieren, Rüsten und Einstellen von CNC-Dreh- und Frästeilen
  • Aktive Überwachung des Fertigungsprozesses
  • Lehrlingsausbildung
  • Projektbesprechungen im Team
  • Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Prozessabläufe
  • Fertigungsbegleitende Qualitätsüberwachung
  • Eigenständige Planung, Umsetzung und Überwachung von Arbeitsabläufen in der Fertigung

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Lehre im Bereich Zerspanungstechnik
  • Berufserfahrung als CNC-Dreher_in/CNC-Fräser_in
  • Gute CAD-CAM-Kenntnisse (Hypermill-Kenntnisse von Vorteil)
  • Erfahrung mit Haas-CNC-Fräsbearbeitungszentren von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit EMCO / Sinumerik von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (6 bis 22 Uhr)
  • Selbstständige und exakte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsfreude
  • Gutes Verständnis von technischen Zeichnungen und Aufgabenstellungen

Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle des/der CNC-Facharbeiter_in beträgt EUR 2.400,- brutto pro Monat auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Die tatsächliche Bezahlung richtet sich nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
