  • Du erstellst, programmierst und industrialisierst NC-Fräsprogramme und entwickelst diese kontinuierlich weiter
  • Bohr- und Fräswerkzeuge werden von dir erprobt, analysiert und optimiert, um stabile und wirtschaftliche Prozesse sicherzustellen
  • Spannkonzepte und NC-Spannvorrichtungen bewertest und verbesserst du im Hinblick auf Qualität, Genauigkeit und Effizienz
  • Prozesse und Abläufe werden von dir kritisch betrachtet und laufend optimiert
  • Technische Neuanläufe und Weiterentwicklungen begleitest du praxisnah und lösungsorientiert
  • Im Sinne von KVP strebst du eine laufende Optimierung der CNC-Programme und Produktionsabläufe an.
  • Das bist du:
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. als Zerspanungstechniker_in
  • Erste Berufserfahrungen in der CNC-Programmierung konntest du bereits sammeln und möchtest dein Know-how weiter ausbauen
  • Ein gutes technisches Verständnis sowie prozess- und lösungsorientiertes Denken zeichnen dich aus
  • Wirtschaftlichkeit, Qualität und saubere Abläufe hast du dabei immer im Blick
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich
  • Technische Weiterentwicklung motiviert dich, und du packst gerne selbst mit an
  • Neue Aufgaben gehst du neugierig, offen und praxisnah an
  • Dein mögliches Gehalt:
  • Für diese Position zahlen wir mindestens € 3.396,21 brutto pro Monat (bei 38,5 Wochenstunden). Die Überzahlung orientiert sich an deiner Qualifikation und deiner Berufserfahrung. Im besten Fall zeigt ein persönliches Gespräch, ob wir zueinander passen und den künftigen Weg gemeinsam gehen.
