Deine Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständiges Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC‑Holzbearbeitungsmaschinen
  • Arbeiten an WoodWOP‑ und IMA‑WOP‑Steuerungen (3‑Achs‑Bearbeitung)
  • Einfaches Programmieren sowie Anpassen und Korrigieren bestehender CNC‑Programme
  • Fertigen von Sandwichplatten und weiteren Holzbauteilen nach Vorgabe
  • Auswahl und Rüsten der benötigten Werkzeuge und Spannmittel
  • Überwachen des Bearbeitungsprozesses und Durchführen von Probeläufen
  • Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Teile (Maßhaltigkeit, Oberfläche, Passgenauigkeit)
  • Pflege, Reinigung und einfache Wartung der CNC‑Maschinen
  • Dokumentation der Arbeitsschritte und Rückmeldung an die Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Einhaltung von Sicherheits‑ und Qualitätsstandards im Produktionsbereich
  • Schichtmodell: Frühschicht: 05:30 – 14:00 Uhr, Spätschicht: 14:00 – 23:00 Uhr, Normalschicht: 07:00 – 16:30 Uhr

Dein Profil:

  • Berufserfahrung im genannten Aufgabenbereich
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation , Teamfähigkeit und eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Arbeitsplatz ist mit ÖPNV schlecht zu erreichen , daher Führerschein und PKW empfehlenswert
