Tätigkeiten:

  • CNC-Maschinen einrichten und vorbereiten
  • Rohmaterial fachgerecht einspannen und ausrichten
  • CNC-Programme erstellen, anpassen und optimieren
  • Fräsbahnen, Bearbeitungstiefen und Schnittgeschwindigkeiten festlegen
  • Fräsprozesse überwachen und kontrollieren
  • Maß- und Prozesskorrekturen durchführen
  • Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Werkstücke

Profil:

  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im CNC-Bereich
  • Erfahrung in der CAD/CAM-Programmierung
  • Idealerweise Programmierkenntnisse in ESPRIT, jedoch keine Voraussetzung
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Einarbeitung: 3 Monate
  • Lohn: € 3.478,51 brutto monatlich, ohne Zulagen
