Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir einen erfahrenen CNC-Fräser

Wir suchen zur Unterstützung unserer CNC-Fräsabteilung für Prototypen und Kleinserien im Spezialmaschinenbau einen erfahrenen CNC-Fräser in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • auf modernen CNC-Maschinen Präzisionsteile anfertigen
  • Arbeitsvorbereitung für die CNC-Fertigung anhand von Zeichnungen, CAD-Daten und Step-Files
  • Programmierung von CNC-Fräsmaschinen ( DMG ) per CNC-Programme (Millplus, G-Code) und CAD/ CAM System
  • Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachung von CNC-Fräszentren
  • Kontrolle der gefertigten Bauteile
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Arbeitsprozessen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker
  • Verstehen und umsetzen von Zeichnungen
  • Programmierkenntnisse Millplus (Heidenhain) von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Hochpräzisionsteile
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten und Eigeninitiative
  • gute Kommunikations- und Integrationsfähigkeit
  • gute bis sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, auch im technischen Bereich
