  • Arbeitszeit: 40 - 40 Stunden pro Woche
  • Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung
  • · Selbstständiges Einrichten, Rüsten und Bedienen von CNC-Fräsmaschinen (5-Achs)

· Erstellung von NC-Programmen an der Maschine (Heidenhain, Siemens)

· Einfahren und Optimierung von Neuteilen in enger Absprache mit der CAD/CAM Abteilung

· Selbstständiges Rüsten der Maschine sowie Wechseln und Einstellen der Werkzeuge

· Durchführung und Erstellung von Maß- und Sichtprüfungen gemäß Qualitätsanforderungen

· Dokumentation der Arbeitsergebnisse gemäß Qualitäts- und Fertigungsanforderungen

· Analyse und eigenständige Behebung von Fertigungsstörungen

· Kontinuierliche Mitwirkung an Optimierung bestehender Fertigungsprozesse hinsichtlich Qualität, Laufzeit und Werkzeugstandzeiten

  • Dein Profil
  • · Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker, Industriemechaniker, CNC-Fachkraft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

· Mehrjährige Erfahrung im 5-Achs-Fräsen

· Erfahrung im Programmieren von 5-Achs-Teilen an der Maschine (Heidenhain oder Siemens)

· Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Messmitteln

· Strukturierte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

· Technisches Verständnis und Problemlösungskompetenz

· Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (3 Schichten), Wochenende frei
